Working on our senior thesis for the past two semesters has been a very rewarding experience. Proposing an alternative to an already efficient and optimized system was challenging, but the knowledge gained in the process has been very valuable. With the support from the faculty, and through extensive research, I was able to put together and develop different ideas. Looking back, the classes taken as part of the Architectural Engineering program prepared us with the technical skills and information needed to further analyse these ideas. The knowledge gained during my internship experience with Affiliated Engineers, Inc. was also very valuable. Overall, I'm grateful for the opportunity to apply my experience from both school and work into this project.

Creating the CPEP website while developing our thesis was a very useful resource. It was a good way to have an organized layout from the start, and to see our thesis come together as the year went by. Being able to access building information, reports, and other material from any location was helpful when communicating with faculty.
